In regard to the quest for peace and reconciliation in Afghanistan, the document emphasizes the importance of adhering to the redlines i.e. abjuring violence, cutting links with terrorist groups, respecting the constitution of Afghanistan and understanding on the need for creating a network of trade, transit, energy, economic projects and investments linking Central, South and other parts of Asia within a framework of regional economic cooperation.
